


Produced from the best meat from white pigs that come from farms in Zamora, and have been slaughtered, quartered and handled in the province. This is a chorizo that is prepared by following the traditional recipes of our ancestors. We attempt to imitate the expertise that was learnt through the centuries to achieve the best flavours, whilst sticking to current requirements for quality and hygiene. By doing this, we are able to offer to the consumer a product that is made under the best conditions.
