



Due to the size of our natural drying house, we are able to store 125,000 legs of Iberian ham. We are able to achieve an optimum level of curing and very well-defined cycles by opening and closing large windows to maintain the temperature and humidity.
Almost all of the pieces stored here are then transferred to specially conditioned rooms, with excellent hygienic and working conditions, for creating the product by hand. The de-boning, slicing and production rooms all have workstations that have been designed for each operator. This, together with our knowledge about this Iberian product, allows us to manufacture a product with a maximum guarantee.

The company's management and administration are carried out from large rooms that are specially designed for the purpose. These also allow us to hold large events and meetings in a friendly, familiar way.
