ACORN-FED IBERIAN HAM

Rear leg of the pig that has been cured for 24 to 30 months,

The weight of each cured piece can vary between 7 and 9 kg .

Produced from pigs that are more than one year old and that have increased in weight by at least 46 kg during their last three months of life by eating acorns and grass.

This product should be consumed at room temperature.

  1. – We present it complete with its trotter so that it can be cut with a knife.
  2. – De-boned and clean, without hard or stale parts etc. to be cut by a machine.
  3. - Sliced and vacuum packed to keep it fresh for when you need it.
